Mr. Brown is a well-respected design and construction consultant with more than 40 years of experience and a focus on large-scale and rural hospital systems, as well as county/city government and private-industry clients. Mr. Brown assists a diverse client base with project-specific issues such as initial concept development and support, construction feasibility, site evaluations/assessments, regulatory compliance, real estate transactions, and funding/grant identification (including traditional bank financing, USDA and HUD grant funding, and other specialized grant and tax credit funding. Mr. Brown provides a high level of Owner advocacy support and serves as a client liaison throughout the entire project development process from concept through construction and occupancy. He also balances his time with internal strategic and service line planning and corporate management planning. Mr. Brown is highly active in numerous industry-related organizations such as the SC/NC/GA Hospital Associations and the SC/NC/GA County Associations, and is further involved in multiple philanthropic efforts, primarily in the Greenville, SC, area. Mr. Brown holds a BS in Resource Management from Clemson University.
